We Interrupt This Motivational Monday for . . .

ABOUT THE BOOK

Twenty dark tales to shiver your spine, to shudder your soul, including:

A landscaper gets a taste of what happens when he covers up a mistake.

A child learns that best friends can come in all shapes and sizes, and with many, many legs.

A boy worries that his “imaginary” friend won’t let his family move.

A homeless woman revels in post-apocalyptic opportunities.

Some are previously published, most are 100 words or fewer, but they all give you just enough time to turn away, to run away, before it’s too late. You don’t want to stay in the dark too long. You never know what might slither out . . . and lick you.

    1. Thanks, Jay! I thought about waiting until closer to Halloween to release this, but I have a story coming out in an anthology around then so I'll probably be promoting that.

  10. Sounds great! I like scary shorts. Funny, but most fiction I prefer novel length, but like a really rich dessert, scary is better in bite sized doses.
