Most of my stress lately has been self-imposed. I have to stop taking on so much.
Why is that easy to say yet so hard to do? :)
I think I'm in the same spot as Susan.
I think a lot of people are....
Oh my gosh. I definitely needed permission to unclench!
Well, now you have it. :)
Just what I needed. Thanks so much.
After I read your post this morning, I was hoping you'd swing by here. Thought you'd like this quote.
Great advice, especially since stress and anxiety are constantly dragging me down.
Hang in there, Sarah!
best laxative ever :D cheers!
Ha! :)
I gave myself permission to unclench yesterday by planting four new things in my garden with my daughter.
Nice! I hope those plants will grow and thrive.
Sometimes we just need to exhale...it makes a world of difference, doesn't it?
It really does. :)
I have a paperweight that says, "Breathe." That's what I do.
Excellent advice!
I could unclench, but no one--job, kids, and just plain adult responsibilities--will let me. LOL
Maybe unclenching will actually help with all of that, make some of it easier? :)
YES! Normally I'm wound up super tight because I'm balancing way too many things. With the baby on the way, I've been cutting back and simplifying as much as possible. Compared to three months ago, I am lounging on a beach. =)Unleashing the Dreamworld
Good for you, Crystal! :)
About how many times do I have to repeat this for my mind to accept and permit it? Is there an audio version I can play in my sleep???#nanowrimo
Now that's a good idea! We could absorb the positivity through osmosis. :)
We need to be reminded to relax...unwind...take it easy...thanks!
You're welcome!
Why is this so much easier said than done? I seem to spend half of my life with my jaw and everything else clenched LOL.
Oh, I hear you!
