Go Ahead, Take the "Back Roads"


I am beyond thrilled to see my story, "Back Roads," up at Every Day Fiction.

EDF is a great site for readers and writers. For readers - you get to start your day with a good story. You never know what genre it will be, what it will be about, if it will make you laugh or cry. It's like starting each day with a gift that you get to open simply by opening your email or the EDF window. For writers - you usually get a brief critique of your story by the editors whether it's accepted or not. Your published work is read by a ton of people, who give you feedback in the form of votes and comments. (Honestly, that last bit is both the most exciting and the most nerve-wracking part for me.)

If you check out "Back Roads," I hope you enjoy it.

    Definitely give EDF a try. I've had stories accepted and not-accepted, and the feedback was helpful in all cases. :) (Don't forget to mention your results in the FFC String of 10 contest!)
